1、对液压泵解体之前的注意事项

①首先准备的必须工具：六角扳手2~22mm。开口扳手，套筒（17、19、22、24、27、30、36、41、50、55等，单位mm）

中等尺寸的活动扳手，螺丝刀（平口），锥子，卡簧钳，铜棒，扭矩扳手等

②在拆卸前彻底清洁油泵外部

③对工作面也要进行清理

④在油泵壳体各接部件做相应的标记，以便重新装配时能够准确的找到正确地位置

⑤前后泵的组件要分开存放，不要混在一起

⑥对壳体内的组件要用清洁剂或者汽油彻底的清洗

⑦检查分析所有的故障，判断最根本的故障原因

（2）拆卸工作

1、选择合适的工作位置（最好放在铺油橡胶垫的工作台上）以防部件被碰伤

2、用清洁剂对泵表面进行一次彻底的清洗

3、拆掉排油螺塞（468）将泵内油液排除泵壳体（前后泵都要拆）

4、在调节器与泵体结合面处做好标记，拆除螺丝，并拆除调节器

6、拆除固定旋转盘支撑（251）油泵壳体（271）和阀块（312）的螺丝（401）

7、将油泵平方在工作台上，让调节器座表面朝下，将油泵壳体与阀块分开

8、将缸体拉出油泵壳体，直接拉出转动轴，同时拉出活塞，设定板，球面轴瓦和弹簧，在此过程中不要损伤到缸瓦包角和旋转斜盘等滑动表面，在活塞以及各个塞孔上做标记，组装时应该按照原来的位置。

9、拆除螺丝与前封盖将螺丝装入封盖并拉出销孔，这样可使的封盖容易拆开

10、拆下螺丝以及后封盖

11、轻轻敲打油泵壳体侧悬转斜盘的凸缘部分以使旋转盘支撑从油泵壳体上分开

12、将包角板和旋转斜盘从油泵壳体拆下

14、从阀块上拆下配油盘

15、如果需要的话还必须从油泵壳体上彩霞止块，伺服活塞与倾斜销，从阀块上拆下轴承和花键藕合在拆下倾斜销时，使用一个夹钳，以防止销头损坏，在这里需要特别指出，不要松动螺母和设定螺丝，如果松动，流油的设定就会改变。
